Kevin Uniglicht, Esq.
Partner

Kevin is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, the Federal District Courts and Washington D.C. Kevin attended law school at the Syracuse University College of Law, where he founded the National Security and Counter Terrorism Association and held the position of Associate Editor for the Syracuse Digest. Upon completion of law school, Kevin served as Criminal Judicial Law Clerk and Trained Civil Mediator for the Honorable Ira E. Kreizman of the Monmouth County, New Jersey Superior Court.

 

Prior to entering the private sector, Kevin was sworn in as a Deputy Attorney General with the State of New Jersey. As a Deputy, Kevin represented the Citizens of New Jersey against individuals and companies who caused environmental damage and other grave concerns to our State.

 

After serving as a Deputy Attorney General, Kevin expanded his legal prowess by joining a mid-sized law firm with offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. As an associate, Kevin further expanded his practice areas into complex litigation, personal injury, insurance defense, land use and zoning, “green” energy consultation and real estate. Kevin later expounded his insurance defense experience by managing the litigation unit for a large, New Jersey based Auto Insurance carrier.

Ian Bloom, Esq.
Associate

Ian Bloom is a graduate of Albany Law School, located in Albany, New York.  He is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey.  While in Albany, Ian interned for The District Attorney's Office as well as The Public Defender's Office. While at the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Bloom spent two years in the vehicular crime unit working mostly on DWI cases. When working with the Public Defender's Office, he spent most of his time in Traffic Court as well as County Drug Court.

 

Shortly after becoming admitted to the New Jersey BAR, Ian opened up his own practice in Hamilton, New Jersey where he dealt primarily with vehicle and traffic matters.  It was during this period that Ian met Mr. Uniglicht and began working of counsel for Uniglicht Legal Group.  After working as of counsel for a year, Mr. Bloom closed his practice and began working full time for Uniglicht Legal Group.

Jae Cho, Esq.
Of Counsel

Jae H. Cho obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from University of Colorado, Boulder in 1994 and his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2004.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Cho worked in advertising and marketing and taught English as a foreign language.  During law school he served as Associate Editor of the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.  He also volunteered for the Syracuse City School District’s Student Court Office as a liaison to the College of Law. 

 

After graduating from the College of Law, Mr. Cho served as a law clerk for the Honorable Howard H. Kestin in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.  Mr. Cho is now the managing attorney of Cho & Whitney LLC, a business law firm in New Brunswick, New Jersey focusing on providing representation to entrepreneurs and small businesses on a wide range of matters ranging from incorporating to expanding internationally.  Prior to forming Cho & Whitney, Mr. Cho was a foreign legal consultant to a large law firm in Seoul, South Korea, where he provided legal representation to businesses seeking licenses abroad and advised businesses on complex transactions. Mr. Cho was also an associate in the Princeton, New Jersey office of Hill Wallack LLP. 

 

Mr. Cho has served as a volunteer attorney for the Voter Protection Program in Mercer County, NJ and as a coach for the Hamilton High School Mock Trial Team in Hamilton, NJ.  He has also served on several academic and career panels at the College of Law.
